All returns must be made to our Wakefield showroom.
Before returning an item, please contact us with:
• Your name
• Order number
• Reason for return
This helps us process refunds efficiently and identify any transit damage or manufacturing faults.
Items returned without prior contact cannot be refunded until the customer has contacted us.
